From workplace culture and the employee experience, to the products you create and the way that you advertise - a strong diversity strategy considers the people you employ and the people you serve.

My goal is to equip you with the tools, knowledge and approach to move along the diversity and inclusion continuum, keeping diverse perspectives at the center of innovation and decision making.

I teach a unique design thinking process that combines unconscious bias and human centered design to help you develop innovative and equitable solutions that improve the employee experience, enhance organizational performance, and create new market opportunities.

DIVERSITY IS OUR DIFFERENTIATOR
Research has shown that diversity enhances our ability to innovate. To satisfy the needs of a diverse consumer market and improve the employee & customer experience, I believe that diverse voices must be represented in decision making and design.

EMPATHY IS OUR BRIDGE
Uncovering our blind spots, confronting our biases and reshaping our beliefs can be an uncomfortable and emotional process. I believe that in order for us to understand what makes us different, we first must ground ourselves in what makes us similar. It is therefore critical that this work in diversity and inclusion is supported by an environment that fosters vulnerability, empathy and compassion.
